USB-C (power & info transfer) to HDMI Hub ???

Thank you in advance for your time. I have to preface by saying that I'm not a computer savy. My office gave me temporary (6 months) laptop to work remotely, a Dell, Precision M4800, Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-4910MQ CPU @ 2.900GHz 2.90 GHz, 16 GB Ram, 64 bit Operating system, x64 based processor running Windows 10. I need to have 2 screen and purchased a AOC screen (I1601FWUX) . The problem is the monitor only has 1 input/output, a usb-c and the laptop doesn't support it. What type of hub do I have to purchase to bridge the gap? The USB-C needs to power the monitor at the same time transfer information. The laptop has the USB lighting (?), HDMI, VGA. Please help. The company's IT person won't give me an answer and neither would any IT guy I talked to.

I don't think you can, I'd return the screen and buy a compatible one.
