USB 3.0 ports failing

I'm not sure if this question should go here or in the Windows 10 forum, so please tell me if I should post it elsewhere.

For the past two days, I've had issues with my USB ports not functioning. They work for a few minutes on startup (only with fast startup disable) but turn off soon after. In device manager, I see a code 43 issue on either a USB Root Hub or an AMD USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller. The control panel says I have a driver issue, but troubleshooting can't find the problem. When I try to reinstall the drivers, the issue moves from one to the other. I've disabled the option for the computer to turn them off to save power, and my task manager is showing normal power/cpu/memory usage. I'm currently running a virus scan, but I don't think that's the cause of the issue. I'll post the results when it's done. USB ports that are disabled are the ones I used for my Steelseries Arctis 7 wireless headphones, A webcam, and a micro-usb cord connected to a DS4 controller. I've had an issue for a while that might be connected, where every couple of minutes my audio cuts out, and I get the sound for individual applications at different times. Some applications I would never get sound for until restarting. These cuts would occasionally result in momentary freezes that I believe were in the applications themselves and not my display. I thought the cause was Wallpaper Engine, as the issues appeared at the same time as I switched to a new wallpaper with web integration, which used huge amounts of power and CPU, but after changing the wallpaper and closing out of Wallpaper Engine the issue was gone for only 30 or so minutes before reappearing. My computer has an RTX 3060 GPU, a Ryzen 5 1600 CPU, and an AX370 Gaming motherboard. The list of USB devices in Device Manager is as follows.

AMD USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft)
AMD USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.10 (Microsoft) (This one has the code 43)
ASMedia USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.10 (Microsoft)

USB Root Hub (USB 3.0) (This one has the code 43, although I'm not sure if it's a single one specifically)
USB Root Hub (USB 3.0)
USB Root Hub (USB 3.0)

The devices I have plugged into USB ports are

Micro-USB cord with DS4 (Not working)
Steelseries Arctis 7 Wireless (Not working)
Webcam (Not working)
WiFi adapter (Working)
Corsair K55 (Working)
Razer DeathAdder V2 (Working)
Blue Snowball (Working)

DESKTOP-FE7CP3F's status is "Driver error/Needs troubleshooting" But my drivers are up to date and reinstalling them only moves the error from the USB Root Hub to the eXtensible Host Controller, and vice versa. Troubleshooting cannot find anything.

Here is my TSG SysInfo

Update, virus scan came back clean
A very simple test. Boot the system with a linux live usb. If it works fine under linux, then you know the hardware is OK and the problem is a windows/driver issue. If you have problems running the live usb, you know the usb controller is failing. Use either linux Mint or Ubuntu for this task.
BTW this needs to be addressed
C: 231 GB (18 GB Free)
When you have <10% free space on the system drive, this can cause all kinds of issues.

To add to this: are the devices that are not working all on the same clump of USB ports, ie the back ports vs the front, etc?
You need to go to the motherboard web site and download the chipset drivers Here: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-AX370-Gaming-rev-1x/support#support-dl-driver-chipset or go to AMD here: https://www.amd.com/en/products/chipsets-am4
Windows update does not do a good job of updating AMD like it does for Intel!!!
When I built my Ryzen 7 3700X, MSI - B450 TOMAHAWK MAX last year I used the motherboard drivers because I learned that windows only installs generic AMD drivers! You have to go to AMD and check and see if there are any updates! Cary Holzman's YouTube site said he was working on a program to let you know when there was an AMD chipset update. They have a beta test of the Uncle Carey's AMD Chipset Notifier https://www.d7xtech.com/uncle-careys-amd-chipset-notifier/
New amd chipset driver for AM4 was released this morning.

Yes, I just updated mine for B450, It says it was released on 6/02/21! His is an AX370.
Something slightly different with the new amd chipset driver. When you check minimum processor state in pw options, it always used to show 90% Now it shows 99% as minimum state.
FWIW I always set this to 10% for min processor state.

I see that now, don't know what it was before but mine is 99% also, usually don't dive that deep, just have sleep and hibernate turned off on my desk tops.
