Everytime I disconnect from the internet, I have to pull out my telephone line. If I forget, I have a dead line. My ISP is NetZero. Do I have a bad modem? If I try to go online and the connection fails, I have to pull out the cord, then plug it back in to retry to connect. This has been going on for months. I had cable prior to using the NetZero, but used NetZero previously and didn't have this problem.
