Upload QuickBooks 2010 company file to QuickBooks Online

Hello,

I want to use QuickBooks Online, but haven't figured out how to upload my company file. My QuickBooks 2010 doesn't give me the option that I've seen in many online videos.

Since you're running an older version of QuickBooks, it may not support it natively. Have a read here, and then try updating QuickBooks to see if they've patched it to include the option for exporting to QuickBooks Online. If that doesn't work, follow their options for downloading a trial version which will allow you to do the export.

Of course, before you do anything, ensure you do backups, backups, backups of your important data, and also save them offline on a flash drive, external HDD, or some other medium.
