I am so sick of Windows ME and it's constant problems with blue screaning and it's overall lame performance. Is there a way I can download a FREE Windows upgrade without loosing everything i have with ME? Can I get a free download to Windows 2000 or XP????

No, you would have to purchase an upgrade. xp would be a better choice than 2k.
