Download and save the tsginfo.exe file.
After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.
Information about your HP desktop will appear.

If it has only 8 GB of DDR4-2133 MHz RAM, add another 8 GB and run it with 16 GB.
If it has a hard disk drive(HDD), replace it with a solid state drive(SSD).
