Upgrading from PalmOS v.3.1?

I have an Handspring Visor that's apparently pretty outdated. It's got Palm OS v.3.1H2 running on it, but I need at least Palm OS v.3.5 to install Pylon software to sync with Lotus Notes. Is this upgrade possible, and if so, does anyone know where I can download/purchase it from? Thanks!

PS - I tired searching the Palm site but couldn't seem to find anything.

I was just informed that this upgrade isn't possible with a Visor. Assuming my source is right, then is there any free software available that anyone knows of that will allow me to sync my PDA with Lotus Notes?
