"upc.exe" error When trying to open Rainbow Six Siege

I have a desktop computer that is running Windows 10. Recently I noticed that when I try to open Rainbow Six I receive a "upc.exe" error. I looked up the error and one of the results said that it could be a driver issue. My windows software is up to date, but when I tried to update my graphics card driver using the Nvidia launcher I received an error there too. The Nvidia launcher issue has not been an issue until today, and no other game is giving me this error. I've tried uninstalling R6 and reinstalling, along with restarting my computer but the errors remain. I'm lost as to what the issue could be.

upc.exe is part of the Uplay Launcher from Ubisoft. Update or uninstall/reinstall that.

By Nvidia Launcher do you mean GeForce Experience? It is not necessary to update GPU drivers.
Need to know model # of GPU and then go get the drivers for it here:
https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
