My PC is picking up a radio station in the background. It isn't an illegal station but a radio station in a city about 20 - 30 miles away from me. I'm only getting this on one of my PCs, there are 2 networked together and a laptop connected wireless. The other two machines don't pick up the music. How do I get rid of the music on the machine picking it up?

Once upon a time TV and radio stations were required to make sure that didn't happen. Have you tried calling the station? If that doesn't work they may be able to suggest a filter that will help.

I don't see the radio station doing anything about this. They're running a business, and you have one computer picking up a rogue signal.

What kind of peripherals do you have connected to this one computer? Any wireless IO devices? What about speakers? Be specific. Something might not be properly shielded.

Only thing hooked to this PC is a printer, scanner and external hard drive and the speakers are Altec, 4 speakers and the bass unit.

You have a shielding/grounding problem I would guess. Look at the audio subsystem first and make sure the connections are solid and clean.
