Hi guys

Need you help again

I have recently changed ISP's from AOL, I have unistalled AOL the usual way but was told by a friend that not all files deposited by the AOL Install are removed when doing an uninstall. I already have discovered this with my IE5 browser which still says 'provided by AOL'

Is there any way of finding out if aol files are still installed on my sytstem and is there any way of removing them completely and safely from my computer.

Hope you can help

Thanks
Raz

Go to registry and do an Edit\Find and keeping clicking F3 until you get rid of all instances of AOL. Do the same with Find Files.

You can change your IE & OE branding with this:

Change IE & OE Titlebar

There is probably some program that will do the elimation of AOL from your pc but I do it manually.
Cheers Deke

I'll try that - to my rescue once more
