Unable to leave safe mode

I've managed to boot my computer into safe mode to try and fix it, but i found out I'm not able to boot back normally. I tried booting with network settings, but they just flat out dont work, and if I try booting into Network mode from the msconfig command, it tells me my Bitlocker Drive Encryption files are corrupt or missing. And to top it all off, I need to sign into my microsoft account to access "Adanced Startup Repair", which keeps telling me "Incorrect password" despite having the correct password, so i've run out of ideas. I've done the /sfc /scannow , /dsim, /reagentc.exe /disable, all to no avail. Can anyone help?

Go download MS Media Creation Tool. Run it to generate a Windows setup USB memory stick ( all files on the memory stick will be erased and replaced with Windows setup files ) . Boot with the memory stick and on the second screen choose Repair. Then navigate to Startup Repair.

Startup repair requires me to sign in through my Microsoft account, which I can't do without the networking, even in safe mode with networking.
Startup Repair thru the Repair menu of the Windows Setup memory stick does not.
