un-cleanable virus

Hi, i have a virus by the name of blaargh that exists in my windows folder (running windows 98). I shut of the trojan that was running by the name of supernova but I am unable to delete it. It continously recreates application files in my windows media folder that have icons of hello kitty! Please help!
