Running XP, and trying to find how to get to the list of pgms that are running inthe BG when I'm on the pc.
I've been there before, but it's been long enough I don't remember how to get it open.
I know I have a bunch of stuff I can "shut off" to improve performance (printer updates, media player pgm running etc) but can't find where to get to this to turn the stuff off.
Any help?

I'm looking for a "window" that opens and shows basically everything on the pc, with a check box beside each item to turn on and off whatever program is available on my system.
The path you gave me daz1 is something totally different.
