TurboCAD

I am using TurboCAD for a class in school. My final project is the inside of a CD-Burner, a standard Sony CD-Burner, came with the VAIO that i recently upgraded, i am going to open it up, and I was just wondering if anyone had any tips to make it look more realistic, especially with the more intricate details and smallers parts.
