As you will soon come to realise I'm a complete novice regards computers. My brother has given me an old works laptop (Dell latitude CPT) which I believe is running on Windows 2000 Professional built on NT. Briefly, I loaded the AOL internet program successfully. Then approx 1 month later, once the trial was over, I unsuccessfully loaded Tesco Internet program. Since then my system locks up and I recieve the following message Key[software\esker\Tun\8.00\Common\Path] value common could not be found. I tried unsuccessfully uninstalling AOL and Tesco internet programs.
