Hi folks,

So, I'm trying to stop my computer waking itself up in the middle of the night practically every day, and the last things that seem to be causing issue are from the UpdateOrchestrator folder, but even after giving myself full permissions in the security tab, when I try to alter the wake from sleep setting, I get the following; (EDIT: better picture in reply below)
Rectangle Font Parallel Screenshot Software

The problem comes from the fact that none of the users in the user list are me, or at least are anything that looks like it should be me, and I built the damn thing, so it's not like someone else locked it and didn't give me the password.

But these things seem to keep re-sceduling themselves to run at EVERY DAY at various times and wake from sleep, so it's practically impossible to let my computer actually sleep.

Any help?
Edit:
Apologies, I think this should be in the windows sub-forum.

First your images are too small to see so I doubt anyone will offer help until you post larger images that can be viewed.

Second, what have you used to scan the computer for malware? That's the first thing I'd do if I see users I don't know listed on any of my devices!

Let's see if doing it as an attachment works instead of inserting as picture then. :)

Also, it's not that I don't recognise them, it's more that the only users that come up in the list, aren't things I've used for windows, I see all sorts of other usernames I do use, for instance, my email, my steam (and other platform) username and such, just nothing I recognise as a user for the PC itself, unless it's the letter+number string at the top. So no malware, that I'm sure of, it's just windows processes that won't allow me to reschedule nor alter settings.

Read this to see what settings you can change to prevent the computer from waking up.
I don't run Windows 10 nor 11 and I don't have Update Orchestrator.

Are these accounts all MS Accounts ?
As far as I am recall, yes. One I'm not sure of, but I use it so often that it probably is linked with MS in some way.

Ah, thanks, I had seen that pcexec thing suggested elsewhere, but wasn't sure how legit it was, so was unsure of trying it out. If I could even change the time it runs to something more appropriate than 3am when I'm not likely to be awake that'd do for me, so hopefully that'll help.
