As the title says. I bought it just today, plugged it in, waited for it to install. I could use it for about an hour, then suddenly the laser went out. The buttons work, but it just wouldn't turn on the laser and move. I tried rebooting, reinstalling, plugging it into other usb ports, all methods that I know of. Can you help me?

Ive never heard of that brand.I always use logitech brand ones whether im on a desktop or laptop and they have lasted for years.I would have to say its possibly defective and to take it back and get another mouse.

Try another USB port. By the way, there is no laser in those mice. It's just a light, an LED.

But if the light still does not come on, it is most likley burned out. You need a new one. They are one of a number of Chinese mice sold under a large number of different brand-names.
