so the video will explain everything, i don't know what to do!

basically i click turn off it click back to - turn on

well i'm using chrome and i just want to turn off notifications from facebook and its not allowing me to do so whenever i go to options and try to turn it off that happens ijust click turn off but it turns back on, it doesn't seem to be the case in other browsers
