Hi all.

Im new to the publishing a excel sheet on the web.

Here is my problem:

I get a error:

Validation Load Error: For Type
List, absence of a tag implies relative cell references in
the list values which is not allowed.

I was very confused as I had made sure I had NO relative references in my sheet.

But after some hair coming of my head I found out this:

I have made some dropdowns on the sheet. Done by using datavalidating.

This apparently was what messed it up.

I have tried to name the areas and use those for the datavalidating areas. Still does not work....AND made sure the named areas was defined as absolute.

Any idea would be more than welcome....

Is the data in the pulldown stored on a part of the spreadsheet that was not included in the save as web page?

The list of data is stored in the same sheet as the dropdown, on the same page actually. AND I choose to include the whole projectfolder....so as I see it, it must have included everything.

One of my thoughts were about that it didnt include the list and remembered that the printout-area had been defined, the data was not part of that area, so I erased that... didnt help either...

I hope I used the right english words because I use a danish version ;-).
