My server, XPhost closed unexpectedly today.... and now my website is homeless, and I need to change all my links on other websites and all the navigation links on my HTML pages.

My only concern is... is there a way I could notify Google of my server (and thus URL) change? This just CAN'T be 3 weeks of work down the crapper. It just can't.

I'm also looking for someone to buy 555MB.net for me for 1US Dollar as retribution to those EVIL people. I also need a URL. Sometimes I wish I conformed and got a creditcard... You can have money but not have privledge. oi!

Anyway... my question... can I?

FWiW, http://www.xphost.org/ seems to be up and running as of 9:00 am CST this morning. At least their home page is up. Not sure about the server hosting user's sites.

Did you have your own domain name like www.mydomainname.com or did you have some kind of sub-domain off of XPhost? What software did you use to create your web site content?

Trying to get to www.555mb.net gets a message page saying the domain name is blocked. Is that the web site you said you lost? Are you the registrant for 555.mb.net? If not, why would Lilian Rudenco want to sell it for $1?
