Hi,

I have this nano adapter, and I am not sure if it is a wireless adapter or
bluetooth. I know I had both of them and they look the same, but I lost one and I
just have this one. I searched for some online tools to identify it but nothing.

When plugged, I don't see anything in the device manager that identifies TP Link

My PC doesn't have any bluetooth at the moment.
Please help, thank you

According to your image, tp-link is the name of the company that makes that USB wireless adapter.
According to your Device Manager list, that wireless adapter has a Realtek RTL8188EU chipset.
It's an old technology 802.11n wireless adapter and is NOT a bluetooth device.
There's nothing listed in the Device Manager that shows your PC has a bluetooth device.

We know nothing about your PC, so please do the following in it:
Download and save the tsginfo.exe file.
After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.
Information about your PC will appear.
