The touchpad is not working.
I reinstalled Touchpad drivers from Lenovo website and it didnt help. I also
installed the Synaptics latest drivers but that didnt help either.

I reinstalled Windows 7 but that didnt help. Installed Windows 8, That didnt help either.

Clicking "Mouse" on "Control panel". gives me the message " Unable to connect to Synaptics Pointing Device Driver"

I'am currently using an external mouse. I also uninstalled the external mouse, rebooted, but Touchpad didnt work.
At some point the touchpad did work for a few minutes then stops working again. I also checked the touchpad connector and its all well connected

Any ideas?
