Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. Hi
After running scan and then hitting "save log", I am unable to find Notepad in the folders list. Need some help in finding and saving to Notepad.

Try saving it in Wordpad.
