I just bought a series 1 Philip's Tivo to use at my office. I'm trying to set it up but it cant seem to use my phone line to dial in . After it tried the system said it failed to get a dial tone and there was a strange burning smell in the air. My office uses a panasonic digital PBX (I don't know if those are the right initials. ) Having the tivo dial 9 first dosn't help
