Every once in a while I get an error, OX800CCCOF, or something like that, but it turns out that is either a timeout on the part of my ISP, or bad phone lines, yeh, I'm a dial-up, but I just don't get some attachments or large emails because my ISP wants to save bandwidth, or time, or whatever. So, my question is: Is there a way to set the IE, (5.5), or Outlook Express to keep the system busy so I won't get timed-out? I'm trying to avoid programs such as "stay live", and "stay alive", or any other utility like that.
