"Thank you for contacting Nokia Helpline.

With regards to your email concerning your technical query, we are unable to investigate this issue further as you have not given us permission to use your details to contact you with marketing material. "

I managed to send an e-mail to Nokia telling them about a terrible bug in theyr cell phone manager software and never got a reply.

I even don't know if my e-mail was ever read by somebody...
