See the pasted reply I got from Nokia support below and make upp your own minds:

"Thank you for contacting Nokia Helpline.

With regards to your email concerning your technical query, we are unable to investigate this issue further as you have not given us permission to use your details to contact you with marketing material. "

LMAO.....that's like really low and cold. You can never win, Nokia has great phones and lousy tech support....lol Just get a new phone (if that's what you were contacting them about)

I hate Verizon. In fact, I hate CDMA networks. Call quality is really bad in most areas. CDMA Cell Towers do not have a strong signal, hence reason why they are placed 1-8 miles away from each other. The price of CDMA networks is unbelievable. On top of that, the technology is only getting older. I stick with GSM networks. T-Mobile is my company! Proud 3 year customer (4 years this December).

Hi Fred

I have to say that they have been very rude, evasive and unhelpful. Not good when I had always refused to use a Nokia because of the reputation of their support and reliability of the product. I have had my technical problem escalated but have no case number or time to resolution.

I start a new job next month and get a phone as part of the package so will be sending my current phone to Nokia in pieces in a box as an illustration of what I think of their nasty, tacky little devices.
