I have been able to view a live webcam for months, then all at once when it tries to come up, the webcam screen goes black and I get the error on page Icon in the lower left hand corner. I have IE6 and Windows 98SE. I have not changed any settings on my computer. I am set to accept cookies and at medium security level. Does anyone have any ideas on what caused this and what I can do to fix it?
