Think computer is clean but want to be sure

A friend of mine recently fell victim to a scam where their computer was remotely accessed and had potentially malicious software installed. Scans with McAfee Total Protection, Malwarebytes, and MB Anti-Rootkit showed no results. McAfee Total Protection reports to be enabled and working, but McAfee Security Scan Plus reports that no antivirus is installed. I have attached the HijackThis log. Any advice on things to check out and does anything in the log look suspicious?
