Other :

I've heard that the 124 error is a incompatability between vista 64 bit, nvidia drivers and my sound card drivers.. I had a few BSODS way back, but solved it by updating my sound drivers... can't say for sure it was sthe 124 one but i'd say it's pretty likley.. Some point to a hardware issue, but i've run memtest overnight, stress tests on my cpu etc.. got normal temps (35 - 38) idle and (50 - 60) Full load.. ambient temperature here right now is around 30..

I'm not sure where to proceed from here, any suggestions?

go to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy the .dmp files in there and zip them up, attach the zip file in your next post using the "Go Advanced" button, then click the paper clip icon to attach the zip.

Hmm, i doubt that that info was useful at all, i have already ruled out that hon.exe is not to blame.. since it happens even when im not playing that game!
