I received this error from last night's backup. Doesn't anyone know what this means? And how can I prevent it from happening again? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

btw, it's a NT server running 4.0. I'm using the NT backup to run the back ups.

Sounds to me like it found a problem with the tape you were using. I'd suggest getting a new tape to replace that one. Make sure you don't get the same message with your other tapes.

oh, I forgot to mention that it was a brand new tape I was using. I purchased new tapes because I was frequently receiving errors saying that the tapes were full or that they were write protected when they weren't.
