Could anyone tell me about what an equivalent processor that is AMD would be to this?:

its a: intel Pentium 4 640 Prescott 800MHz FSB 2MB L2 Cache LGA 775 EM64T Processor - Retail

I'm squeezed on my budget, and am hoping that AMD equivalent of this would be cheaper (which i'm certain it will be).
