Text Is Displaying On Top Of Each Other

I have a user that says when she is using Word or Outlook (98) on Windows 95, some of the text is displaying on top of each other. The lines will sit half way on the line below it. Does anyone know what causes this and how to stop it.

Thanks.

1. Bad line spacing in normal.dot and email.dot

2. Bad video driver

3. Bad printer driver

4. Using Wordperfect fonts (like Univers or CG Times)

Just to get you started....
