I am no lawyer but I would put Member details under Privacy Policy.
Have done that, Did the rest look ok from a members point of view?
"Posts advertising links to so-called sources Are not allowed and are contrary to our terms. We do not know of or intend to know of any so-called sources.Asking such a question will result in your post being deleted and a warning,or ban being given."

What is in bold needs to be fixed. :)

The terms aren't so bad but they need to be proof-read. Preferably by someone who is quite good in English. :)
I have changed that part of the terms to this:

"Do not post links or contact details of any place or person that Steroids and other illegal substances may be purchased, and do not ask for such information"

I think this is a little clearer.

As for
indemnifies?
I am not entirely sure your point ( sorry ) i took the indemnification from the standard set of terms. What do you think needs changing.

Indemnification
"The member indemnifies and keeps indemnified the Administration and its officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates against all claims (including third party claims), demands, damages, costs (including legal costs), penalties or suits arising out of or consequential upon the members use of the service or the network."
Yeah thats better. :)

Never mind. :)
