After a Windows update & restart there seemed to be a hang for a while,
now this morning on start-up the Taskbar is vertical on left of screen, instead of at the bottom .....
Have done a virus scan & ad-aware scan & nothing found there, so maybe a glitch somewhere, I went into Taskbar properties & couldn't see a fix, does anyone have a solution please & do you need an HJT ?
Thanks Yvonne

Right click the Taskbar and make sure that "Lock the Taskbar" isn't checked.

Now place the mouse cursor anywhere in the center of the taskbar, click the left mouse button, hold it, and drag the taskbar down to the bottom of the screen.
