Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. Can you give us more information, like what program is it your trying to run, what is wrong with the system you are restoring, system info, and so forth. Without that there is not much i can tell you. But i can say a good place to start is by checking your BIOS settings to make sure that your disc drive is searched for bootable devices when the machine starts.
