Gentlemen: This is written on a laptop, but the problem is with a desk top and all discussion is about
the desk top. Specs: Dell dimension 8300. Service Tag: FBZCY41. XP. Pentium, 526 memory.
About 2 weeks ago I had received help from you about a slow problem with this unit, and now it has
developed this new problem.
It starts with the logo, and then a screen with a choice of startup XP or Recovery Console.Then a Screen
comes up which says " We apologize for the inconvenience, but Windows did nor start successfully
A recent Hardware or software........etc. etc. etc then there are 5 options to start again" Any option selected
comes back to another attempt to log on, which also fails, and it starts over again and again.

Some times a blue screen comes up which says: " A problem has been detected and Windows shut down to
prevent damage to the computer" and instructions. But the system is not accessible. Then under Technical
information on the blue screen is: STOP:0X00000024 (0X001902FE) (0XF89AD814) (0XF89AD510) (0XF812FIFC).
Please help as I am locked out completely.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
