system.exe Zlob.trojan, need help please

Hey guys I have a process running on my system that is called "system.exe". I have done some searching about it and installed Spyware hunter and it came back saying I have several keys and entries in my registry for the Zlob.trojan. I have also used Spyware Sweeper, Spy Bot Search and Destroy, Ad-Ware, CC Cleaner, Hitman Pro, Spyware Doctor, SuperAnti SPyware, Spyware Blaster and Trojan Remover. Only the Spyware Hunter picked up the files.

I am also unaware of when or how I picked it up but do kow that my 2 systems both have it. My main system has it as 240k inthe taskmanager and will actually hit up to 20% opf my CPU form time to time. When I notice the activity I rebopot my system. On the second system the size is only 44K and never seems to use any processor.

I need help to get it removed.
