Hi sportsguy15, welcome to TSG.

You need to make the hard drive bootable w/cdrom support.

The easiest way would be to boot with a windows 98 bootable floppy disk and copy all the files from the floppy disk to the c:\ directory. Take the floppy disk out, swap to the cdrom, restart the computer, you should have an option to start with cdrom support, and go from there.
