Sudden Windows 10 crash? Help?

Hi all

Great forum. I need a hero here! I work from home and need to fix my pc asap!

I was working as usual, and suddenly I saw a "automatic recovery" screen for about a second then it sounded like my pc restarted.

Now I just have a black screen.... and what looks like a safe mode cursor.

Nothing has been wrong with my PC besides it occasionally black screens for a second and then seems to reload the desktop (as if it's the graphics card or something)

.... any clues what should I do?

Hope you have backups of your data files.

If you have the Win 10 disc / usb key, then you can try booting with it and find the Repair section.
