This registry cleaner:

Requires .net framerwork 2.0.
So I went to the microsoft website and tried to download and install it, but when i installed, there was an error during installation. I tried many times, even downloaded windows installer, the error persists. How can i get the framwork?

Why bother, very few apps need it (none that I use or want). If you feel you need a reg cleaner there are many out there that don't need .NET.
