Stuck when working on updates

I have reviewed about Windows 10 Creators Update recently and I tried to update my device a day ago. There are no problem when downloading and verifying the update using Windows 10 Update Assistant. The problem occurs when the update is almost completed. The screen shows a typical Windows Metro circular loading animation with texts shown as "Working on updates 99%; Don't turn off your PC. This will take a while" below the animation and "Your PC will restart several times" at the bottom of the screen. My PC had restarted several times and stucks a day. I have browsed any solutions but they didn't offer the exact solution for this issue. Their solutions are for the related ones (e.g. Windows 10 Anniversary Update stucks, update download stuck, etc.). Any EXACT solutions for this one?

I don't have a solution to your problem. Some systems just do not like the upgrade process. If you tried this several times and each time it gets stuck at 99% after a day, then I would recommend that you download the media creation tool and build and install USB Stick and perform a clean install. You can download the media creation tool here -> https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
the issue of my computer is that i want to reset everything cause i dont need it anymore and i tried to do that it keeps doing error messages and i believe its cause of $WINDOWS.~BT and i looked online and i tried every solution to delete it and it wont so now when i update my computer it takes 2 hours to finish updating and when it's finished. it just says "Windows couldnt complete these updates, restoring updates". and i want to do this for free

About the media creation tool, it reminds me when upgrading my PC from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Anyway, I appreciate your recommendation. I'll try again somedays.

So do I. I tried this method when upgrading Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 via Windows Update but I succeed via media creation tool. I appreciate your suggestion. I'll try again somedays.
I have tried as you recommended, but actually this update meets no failure after I restarted my computer. The result shown as a file attached.
NB: I have checked my apps and personal files as well. None of them are deleted.
