Stuck on recovery screen after bios

I was trying to clone my hard drive to a new ssd and in the process I guess ran into some corruption or deletion of important os files.

I have full access to my bios but can't make it to any repair screen with cmd prompt or backup
It's the blue recovery screen with an error code of 0xc000014c and 0xc000000f
It also says "a required device isn't connected or can't be accessed" as well as "The operating system couldn't be loaded because the system registry file is missing or contains errors.
File: \WINDOWS\system32\config\system"

I've tried using a usb with an iso but it won't bring up the install screen and I only have a MacBook as a different type of computer so I can't get the media tool

MacBook as a different type of computer so I can't get the media tool
try this https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/h...build-a-bootable-iso-from-your-macs-terminal/
To confirm, you are trying to use the original drive and it's not working? or the new clone drive?

New cloned drive, original drive was wiped because the new drive booted once but not again.
@crjdriver is the expert when it comes to cloning (i don't use cloning, I use a different method) but I suspect that the machine is expecting the original drive and hence the errors are happening.
Try to make the Windows 10 install USB using the method at the link in PeterOz's post above.

If you can make that USB boot into it and run the Startup Repair by starting at Step 3 here :- https://www.thewindowsclub.com/boot-or-repair-windows-10-using-the-installation-media

Do it with only the clone drive connected, in other words without the wiped source drive connected.
What are your exact system specs AND what exact drives are you using?
In addition, what software did you use to attempt the clone?
