Howdy

I have a 40gb segate, partioned as follows

C:8gb windows

D:18gb Storage

E:10GB Storage

F:2GB Storage

All NTFS

When I put some files on either D/E/F then delete them from the drive, the used space stays the same. I have turned off system restore(never use it) and disabled write caching, even after a format of the drives, the used space stays the same. What is the problem? Where are they being stored?

Update

I have been adding and deleting to see if I can fix this, after deletion of the files in the recycle bin, the used space on D: stays at 65mb.
