I received the following Stop error message when I started up today and had to do a hard reset.

*** Stop: 0x0000008e (0xc0000005, 0xb9c22ba5, 0xb97ed80c, 0x00000000)

*** SRTSP.SYS - Address B9C22A5 base at B9C0500, Datestamp 457779CE

Any ideas on what this means.

Time to do Windows Updates and service packs, as this is a known issue they fixed.
