Every time I turn on my windows and it goes on the windows logo after it goes to a black screen where I can’t move my cursor or anything it said something about bois error but I tried some things and it still won’t work

Exactly what did it say - Something could be anything
Is this a brand name E.G HP dell etc ?
Could we have make, model, serial number
If not a brand name then make and model of MB
Having trouble finding info on that.
S/N comes up blank
When I look up model it has either windows 7 or Freedos as operating system
Restart the computer, With a bios error it will normally tell you to press a key like F1 or DEL etc
Press the key and it should take you to the bios screen.
When in the bios check the date and time

Just found that setting - myself
Press F10 to enter bios and see if you can find date and time
Normally on the first screen
If date and time wrong - change and F10 to save and exit
