I have just bought a new computer with windows 7 home premiun. My problem is that although I have tranferred all my data from my old computer(xp) I now am having trouble getting a blank page on the screen. How do I do this? Any help would be appreciated. weejohn.

Explain "all my data". Only documents will transfer and not programs. Those have to be reinstalled.

Thanks all it was my stupidity that lead me to asking the question. I found out a couple of hours later on where I was going wrong, I dare say it wont be the last time I am asking for your help.
