Most of the time when I turn on my computer, or even restart it, it loads up in Low-Bit Quality. I have to restart my computer a few times (2-4?) in order for it to be normal. Is there a reason to this?

I need help. I have my icons, I just don't have the Start Taskbar (The Blue bar...) Someone please help me. This isn't the first time that this happened to me. The other times, I just rebooted my computer with the CD. I scanned my computer, I checked for Adware with Adaware. I defragged my computer. I scanned my comp with Housecall, Symantec, and all was clear. Please help me.

Go to Control Panel > add/remove and get rid of View Point Manager .

Then follow the directions as suggested in Post #2 Then post another log here please
