What is the brand name and model name and model number and serial/service tag number of that laptop?
When was the last time you used that laptop and it was working okay?

Are you aware the "end of life" for Windows Vista SP2 ended in April 2017, and that very few software apps still work in it?
I still test Windows Vista SP2, and getting it installed and updated to its "end of life" is very time consuming and very difficult.
Since you are obviously not highly knowledgeable with computers, it probably would be impossible for you to do.
