Is there any way to change the standard window size, that is the size a window is when you open it for the first time. I have over 400 cds all with a sized backround in the folder, all are the same size; any way i can get those windows to open up and be that size w/o manually resizing all of them. Also occasionaly the windows reset and all go back to the large icons view. Why is this. I hope someone can help. Thankls

Hiya

When the window opens, drag it to the size you want. Then close it. It should open up the same size the next time.

Also, there is this, but its for Internet Explorer windows. You may be able to modify it:

1.Close all instances of Internet Explorer
2.Start the Registry Editor (start--run--regedit)
3.Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Main
4.Delete the value Window_Placement
5.Exit the Registry Editor

Regards
